Personal Assistant to MD

Personal Assistant to MD (Qwa-Qwa – close to Harrismith) Leading FMCG Company recognized for enhancing value, growth and higher returns based in Qwa-Qwa (close to Harrismith) is seeking the skills and experience of a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director.

Minimum requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Own reliable transport (transport to and from Harrismith can be arranged)
  • Computer literate (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Well presented
  • Strong business ethic
  • Able to effect authority
  • Good planning and scheduling skills

 

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling appointments on Outlook (diary management)
  • Attend events and meetings on behalf of the MD
  • Taking minutes of meetings
  • General administration and personal assistant duties
  • Answering the telephone and taking messages
  • Liaising with clients (face to face and telephonically)
  • Typing, filing, e-mailing and phoning
  • Liaising with the Embassy (preparing relevant documentation)
  • Assist with general reports

 

Please note the working hours for this role is as follow:

Mon – Fri: 08:00 – 17:00

Sat: 08:00 – 13:00 (if and when required, but at least once a month)
