Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, positive new Receptionist to join our front of house team at our building. Candidates must have a good work-ethic, must be able to work well under pressure and must have a strong use of English. Further requirements of the role include: Operating the Reception to welcome clients and guests Taking calls on a multi-client phone system, transferring calls. Booking meeting rooms. Organising post and courier deliveries Recording jobs and services using Excel Friendly, welcoming attitude to clients and guests Confident personality. Must have good use of English and professional ability to read and write in English. Checking that areas of the building are in good condition and dealing with any issues or problems that one might see Must learn to present available rooms to potential clients and conduct viewings with a good knowledge of our available services.
