Personal Assistant / Company Secretary

Continued support to help grow and develop your skills An insight into a genuinely innovative area of the building industry What we expect from you: Trustworthy and loyal Excellent and confident communicator (both written and verbal) Self-motivated, resourceful and creative A keen interest to develop their career and skills Friendly and positive Excellent IT skills, preferably with a strong grounding in MS Office (training is available) Main Duties and Responsibilities: Working hand in hand with the MD to improve daily efficiencies Help to organise the communication between the office and the construction site Responsibility in administering the company’s technology rollout Attending meetings to take minutes and to be responsible for following up on the meeting’s outcomes Assisting with the land finding process and speaking with key stakeholders Responsible for the onboarding process for all key stakeholders Other general duties.
