Administrator job based in Worcester. Full time position - 5 days per week. 8.30 am to 4.30 pm. Working within an office team. Administrator job to assist with various administration tasks such as: Saving engineer's report sheets. Booking in engineer’s jobs. Arranging call outs. Arranging the diary. Booking in training courses. General filing. Emailing and Client correspondence. Dealing with Client requests for information. Answering the phone and taking in deliveries. Post distribution. Vehicle fleet management. Stationary and uniform orders. Meeting minutes. Sending out letters as required. Supplier credit forms. Completing Company membership forms and keeping accreditations up to date. Processing engineer's timesheets. Keeping spreadsheets up to date such as parts orders, training matrix, vehicle info, call outs etc. Interested? Email CV to:
