Call Co-Ordinator

Main Purpose of the job To manage the Call Co function for Vumela IT Services customer based in the UK. Education and Experience required: • Grade 12 (NQF level 4) • National Info Technology/Administration Diploma or equivalent • English Proficiency. • Microsoft Office experience level 2. • Microsoft Excel proficient - level 2 • IT Administration experience – min of 2 years. • Basic IT technical knowl. • Call Management System exp • Driver’s License. Special Conditions • No criminal record or pending criminal cases • No drug\alcohol abuse. Skills and Competencies. • Logging of tickets on call management system and allocating to engineers. • Monitoring and updating of tickets • Emailing customers with updates • Assigning of tickets . • Communicating with engineers onsite • Follow-up on open tickets. • Co-ordination of Escalation of tickets • Ability to resolve complaints and concerns with all customers. •Processing of calendar entries •Attention to detail and accuracy • Good Communication skills. • Good self-discipline and control • Time mngmnt. • Fluent Eng speaking and writing skills • Logical problem-solving skills. • A confident individual who is able to demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills and will have the ability to build relationships quickly. •Proactive and a flexible team player who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and you will take a methodical approach to tasks.
