Sales and Administration Officer

QCK LEZMIN 4840 CC is looking for: Sales and Administration Officer. Job Description  administrating sales-related aspects and managing all sales-specific administrative tasks on behalf of their organization.  facilitate and process all sales-related tasks, complete and approve administrative paperwork.  keep accurate sales records for future reference and maintain a sales database.  Modify workflow processes to increase productivity as needed, as well as use a personal computer as one of their main tools to communicate with team members and supervise project completion.  Analyse information, assist with company bids, and participate in meetings to recommend changes to the sales administration structure based on results and observations.  Act as a liaison among clients, sales managers, and other departments to solve problems as they arise.  Prepare detailed reports based on market research, sales results, and data management.  Develop strong business relationships with vendors.  Send quotations and do invoices for the clients.  Search for new clients and interact with existing clients.  Maintain and stimulate working relationships and partnerships with alike companies. Interested candidates must send their CV’S to and must be in possession of a valid driver’s licence and a 2 years’ experience in sales administration management.
