Personal Assistant to Director. Successful candidate will ensure that the Director has excellent administrative support, have a systematic approach to the daily running of the office, have multi-tasking abilities and work well under pressure.  Duties include (but not limited to)  ·  Managing of diary and organising meetings ·  Email Correspondence & company communications. ·  Maintaining exceptional level of customer service with Clients and Suppliers. ·  Invoicing and accounts (experience with QuickBooks advantageous) · Basic HR · Managing data bases and filling systems. ·  Maintain all hard copy and digital records for ongoing projects. · Collating and filling expenses. ·  Following up of queries and problem solving. · Must have clear criminal record and valid driver’s license.
