  3. Be able to read and understand Architectural drawings and designs
  4. Lead the strategic planning and direction of the Smart Products division at Advantage Air
  5. Target Driven - sales and technical
  6. Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally and ensure customer satisfaction
  7. Technically minded  “smart products” MyAir / MyLights
  8. Identify and build relationships with new and existing customers with the aim of on boarding them as dealers
  9. Create a new strategic vision within the existing customer base
  10. Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to quickly capture and opportunity
  11. Allocate the right resource to the right jobs to support all strategies
  12. Clearly set company new company goals with internal and external stakeholders
  13. Identify business opportunities with new and existing customers
  14. Develop and deliver sales presentations & demonstrations to industry leaders and influencers
  15. Build relationships with industry influencers out of office hours with planned entertainment trips
  16. Train and empower customers on new products and technological advancements on existing solutions
  17. Implement administrative efficiency and proper procedures
  18. Maintaining the morale of team members, despite periods of instability, uncertainty and change
  19. Respond to employee concerns in timely manner
  20. Structure contractual agreements for the on-boarding of new smart product dealers
  21. Manage all employee recruitment, training, performance evaluation, promotion and termination activities
  22. Attend industry events to gain insight into competitor activity
  23. Attend trade shows to engage directly with the end-user
