REQUIREMENTS:

Matric, driver’s license & own transport essential

Excellent communication skills & well groomed

Computer Literate – Word and Excel

Energetic person who like to be busy and is an excellent team player

Well spoken in English and Afrikaans

Confident personality who is self-managed and highly organised

 

DUTIES:

General administration duties

Visiting clients if required on behalf of sales agent

Phoning clients to update information and do enquiries

Typing of correspondence

Updating customer lists on excel

Doing errands for the company and assisting clients at their premises when necessary

Phoning service providers and organizing appointments with following the process through and checking all is completed and client is satisfied

Organisation of administration requirements within the office

Assisting with any functions or appointments required by the department

Assisting the consultants with requirements or drop offs that need to be completed
