Area Manager

Key responsibilities will include: Monitoring adherence to South African legislation, OSHACT and the company standards Direct Equipment sales to Key Accounts. Functional management of staff and allocated resources Reporting and delivery of budgetary requirements Developing and maintaining effective liaisons with all existing and potential customers in the region Monitoring and overseeing service teams Providing technical supervisory support for sales team Ensuring customer credit terms/ limits are well controlled The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements: N3 or equivalent Tertiary qualification in Sales/Business Management or relevant qualification 5 – 10 years’ experience Experience in inkjet or related industry - advantageous Proven leadership capabilities, problem solving and analytical skills People management skills including coaching, mentoring and performance management Willing to travel within the region South African Citizens only.
