Warehouse Stores Controller

Our client based in Pinelands in the Northern Suburbs is looking for an experienced Warehouse Stores Controller.


  • Receive deliveries
  • Reconciling delivery notes with purchase orders
  • Manage stock take and reconciliation
  • Receiving of returns and record
  • Maintain stock levels
  • Ensure proper house keeping
  • Assist is administrative duties
  • Assist customers from time to time


-       Matric

-       Pref. certificate or Diploma in Office Administration


  • Health and Safety
  • Security Management
  • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • PASTEL knowledge and expereince
  • Excel – Intermediate to advance knowledge


-       Good communication skills.

-       Planning and control

-       Self-motivation

-       Managing the customer relationship

-        Team work
