IT Support Facilitator

Requirements: • Prior technical experience or POS software troubleshooting is preferred. • 2+ year technical experience in IT, Computer systems and/or network education/experience required (Network+ preferred) • SQL and database experience is a plus. • Excellent communication (verbal and written), problem-solving, multi-tasking and data entry skills • Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office (Knowledge of PMS-Protel, CCTV and POS will be advantageous) • Hospitality, Restaurant, Hotel experience strongly desired. • Knowledge on Sustainability or experience within this field highly advantageous • Must be highly self-motivated, patient, proactive and have a strong work ethic • A valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle .
