The candidate will be responsible for the payroll of +-330 people. There will be an element of accounting attached to this role and experience in MIBCO will be preferable. Key Competencies and Qualifications •1-5 years experience in Payroll Administration •Strong Excel skills. •VIP Experience will be preferable •Diploma or Degree in similar field •Strong administration skills •Sound attention to detail. •Ability to work under pressure •Strong problem solving skills •Excellent communication skills. •Deadline driven •Organizational skills. Responsibilities •Invoice monthly insurance invoices •Check recurring transfer for payments •Pay monthly invoices •Maintain cash book. •Management fees to be paid monthly •Invoice monthly admin fees •Check recurring transfer for payments •Complete monthly rent register. Salaries •Maintain salary journal •Mibco recon & Mibco submit online •Compare Mibco system with VIP – check job titles, salary, AHP, unions on a monthly basis •Use Mibco calendar to change payroll system to 4/5 week. •Check deductions and dependants on VIP and statements •Capture leave forms on VIP •Print department summary report on VIP and complete salary registers on excel and send to accountants. •Capture payroll VIP •Print reports to PDF & CSV and email to accountant •Administer sick leave process •Submit claims for maternity leave.
