Are you an experienced bookkeeper who is looking for a new opportunity to work in Century City? If your skills incorporate taking books to trial balance or balance sheet, this will be an excellent opportunity for you. Excellent opportunity to join our client’s financial team to grow your experience working with their UK branch. Experience in property management will be advantageous.



Tertiary qualification advantageous

Min 5 years’ experience in similar role

Solid computer literacy including excel

Experience taking books to trial balance/balance sheet

Excellent attention to detail, a methodical worker

Good team player attributes

Fluent English language, written and spoken essential



Reporting to the Finance Manager

Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process

Verify that transactions are recorded correctly - suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger

Bookkeeping to trial balance stage

Maintain accurate records and create reports and financial statements

Process accounts receivable/payable

Clearing a back log involving bank reconciliations

Processing bank statements

Reconciliation of bank accounts

Assist with any additional ad-hoc duties within the department that arise


SALARY: R20 – R25k dependent on experience
