Payroll Administrator

Market leader and established concern is needing to appoint a versatile individual who “would like to add value to the company” and who has the following pre-requisites.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent Role

SECTOR: HR Payroll  

BASIC SALARY: R13 000 / Benefits / Merit bonus

START DATE: Nov / Dec

 

DUTIES

  • To administer weekly payroll
  • Sort out queries
  • Data capturing
  • Maintaining of staff files
  • Ensuring contracts are in place
  • Maintain the provident fund / disability / death facilities
  • Casual wages
  • Ad hoc duties

APPLICANTS MUST HAVE

  • Senior Certificate / Tertiary education adv.
  • A clear credit and criminal record
  • Min 2 years’ experience within payroll environs
  • Able to maintain personnel files for weekly wage personnel
  • Be proficient in current LRA/BCEA
  • Proficient in English / Afrikaans
  • Able to work in Excel
  • Be numerate and detailed
  • Able to work with confidential information
  • Numerate
