Office Administrator

Do you want to run the administration for a successful Branch Manager who is involved with doing the best insurance deals for client’s vehicles, housing and travel? Excellent opportunity for your min 2 years admin exp to work in the Southern Suburbs. If you want to grow in the administration arena and have the opportunity to study further with the company to improve your remuneration and skills.

REQUIREMENTS

Matric, own vehicle and driver’s license

1 – 2 years’ experience dealing with customers and administration

Excellent phone etiquette and highly organised with administration duties

MS office experience

Willing to study further with the Company in their industry

 

DUTIES

Managing the Cape Town office administration

Right hand to the Branch Manager

Answering incoming calls and email enquiries

While the Branch Manager is out of office deal with requirements in her absence

Constant dealings with Head Office in Durban

Typing of correspondence

Making appointments for the Branch Manager and sending meeting requests

Welcoming clients that visit the office and offering refreshments

Travel to Head Office for training and functions when required
