EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent Role

SECTOR: Admin

BASIC SALARY: R10 000 negotiable / December close

START DATE: Feb 2020

 

DUTIES

  • Office administration inclusive of switchboard
  • Relaying of messages accurately
  • Typing (inclusive of Minutes / Reports / Correspondence)
  • Ability to raise invoices
  • Basic Creditors
  • Placing of advertisements in press/other (retrieving response)
  • Ensuring compliance in Health and Safety Regulations
  • Client liaison
  • Ad hoc duties

APPLICANTS MUST HAVE

  • Senior Certificate / Tertiary Diploma adv.
  • Credit and Criminal Clear
  • Min of 5 years’ experience in above of office administration
  • Reside in the Gordons Bay area
  • Have own reliable transport and valid driver’s licence
  • Have an excellent command of both English and Afrikaans (read / write / speak)
  • Be prepared to be a valuable team player in a small office environment
  • Have excellent typing skills with basic excel
  • Maintain customer database
  • Be systems driven with an analytical mind
  • If had exposure in corporate governance even better
