ROLE DESCRIPTION / PURPOSE To provide administrative and cleaning support to the Oudtshoorn Campus. DUTIES • Reception duties – receiving of visitors • Assisting potential learners with relevant information and documentation. • Answering telephone and making calls when necessary. • Assistance with Induction and Orientation of New Learners. • Purchasing of Stationery • Stationery/Refreshments Monitoring and Stock Control. • Ensure Printing of Learner Material • Ensure collation of P.O.E.’s into files, as per roll out plan • Monitoring and Control of Printer. • Taking Minutes of Meetings where requested • Supervising Learner P.O.E. files • Assist facilitator in class when requested • Processing GRV’s every Thursday • OHS monitoring and report to George Campus for intervention. • Print monthly attendance registers for learners • Administer Staff and learner Attendance Registers on a daily basis. DESIRED QUALIFICATION & SKILLS Diploma/Higher Certificate in Administration or Business Administration Computer Literate. Good communication and written language skills Conversant in English and Afrikaans. Xhosa would be advantageous. deveshnie@signa.co.za
