Position - Divisional Deli Training Manager. Minimum Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) Chef qualifications and experience in Deli. Must have at least 5 years experience in the running of the deli department (Management level) Must have at least 5 years experience in training of staff in the Deli departments. Financial Management skills Business Management skills. Building Relationships with Operations Management. Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly Reports Conduct Store Visits and Report on Deli Performance Training of New Deli Staff Assist with Opening of New Stores and Store Revamps Attend Monthly Meetings with Coaches, Regional Managers, Training and Development Manager, Food Auditors and Deli Controllers Monitor the Food Audits conducted in Stores in the Division, and align Learning Programs accordingly Be Aware of any changes made to the Foods, Cosmetics and Disinfectants Act. Valid Drivers license Clear criminal and credit record. Salary Negotiable (dependent on experience and qualification) Company vehicle and petrol card.
