Office Administrator

We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our client with corporate offices in Hatfield. Duties to include: Looking after all day to day office facilities such as kitchen cleanliness and maintenance, alarm panel, fire doors and completing daily checks. Issuing access passes and parking permits Booking in visitors for on-site parking and issuing visitor passes. Ordering stationary consumables and any other items for the offices and depots when requested Tracking spends and reconciling credit card statements. Managing archiving and storage. Maintaining and improving process forms Reviewing suppliers, agreeing and negotiating on rates on hotels and conference facilities and anything else required. Helping book and set up company social events Signing for, organising and distributing post around the office. Booking internal and external meetings and conferences. Ordering buffet lunches for meetings Managing multiple, busy inboxes and answering or redirecting queries. Assisting with conference calling facilities Office health and safety and first aid box management. Hours - 9am to 5 pm - Monday to Friday. Forward Application to: frank@smithcorps.co.za
