Office Administrator

Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm. Due to business growth, our long established client is looking to recruit a Office Administrator to deal with clients and utility companies. The role of Office Administrator is ideal for a proactive person, with excellent communication skills. Key responsibilities for the Office Administrator include: Providing a high level of customer service to our existing clients, ensuring their requirements Ensuring timescales and deadlines are met Responding to email queries and problems applicable to own competency level and escalating where necessary to the Line Manager. Accurately inputting data into company database utilising Infranet and other company systems to allow reporting on progress. Raising supplier purchase orders Raising clients invoicing and payment requests General administrative tasks including phone calls, processing incoming post, filing, general consumable orders. In order to be successful in the role of Office Administrator you must: Have strong organisational skills and the ability to co-ordinate. Have strong communication skills, Maths and English GCSE is desirable. Have strong numerical skills and capabilities Have a pro-active and energetic nature Have the willingness to take ownership of tasks, problems and queries. Have the ability to multitask and prioritise a heavy workload Must be I.T Literate - MS Office/ Intermediate in Excel. Email your CV to:
