Chef Vacancy at 4star Guest Lodge in Vanderbijlpark. No chancers, please. Candidates must be able to work without supervision. 1. Preparation of all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinners & functions) Breakfast: Full warm breakfast, any pastry, and rusks on the coffee station. Lunch: Light lunches served with 1 salad Dinner: Starter, Main Course & Dessert served with salad. 2. Stock Control. 3. Orders 4. Weekly Menu's to be distributed in suites and on the website. 5. Cleanliness & Kitchen Hygiene. 6. The restaurant must always be in perfect condition. 7. Kitchen staff-control. 8. Interaction with guests 9. Administration & Budgets . 10. Fresh daily snacks in rooms (rusks, muffins, etc) daily.
