HR Assistance!!!! We are on the lookout for a HR Assistant Clerk We are looking for a candidate with Grade 10 to 12Matric Intermediate MS Word, Excel and Outlook competency Good telephone etiquette and excellent interpersonal skills The ability to meet and exceed targets . A proactive approach towards work and the ability to provide above par customer service, perform each office task with precision and dexterity, be it taking phone calls, maintaining filing systems or running errands outside the office. Key activities will include but not be limited to Assist reception to answer telephones and greet staff, visitors and clients Distribute mailing lists and other correspondence File and retrieve documents on need basis, conduct follow up calls for reception when required Run errands as and when needed Pick up materials and correspondence from outside sources, General data entry tasks Create new customer accounts in computer, Operate scanners and photocopiers Salary Structure R17 000 with medical and providential fund benefits contribution Please send CVs to ednima.projects @ gmail.com
