Production Planner

Duties & Responsibilities Utilize historical and current demand to calculate and submit a daily production planner in the approved format and distribute to relevant parties. Coordinate the work activities and identify required resources to ensure required production is activate in line with predefined efficiencies. Collate actual production figures and ensure data is accurately captured into Sage. Perform support task in line with company policies and procedures. Key Skills: High levels of accuracy and organizational skills need to be maintained in all administrative tasks and associated functions Solid customer service attitude. Excellent planning and time management skills Good understanding of business systems and processes. Personal principles that are aligned to the company’s values Sound working knowledge of chemicals and associated hazards. Key Result Areas: National Stock exception reports related to products manufacture in KZN Departmental NCR’s raised at management review Ensure all direct reports perform in line with their KPI’s. Desired Experience & Qualification Minimum 2 years within a production planning or associated role. Clear experience and well-developed skills with Sage (or similar) system and Excel. Minimum matric with associated tertiary qualifications. Well-developed knowledge of health and safety and ISO quality management Package & Remuneration Market Related. caraleep@mpc.co.za
