Sales And Contracts Administrator

Ensure customer orders are received and processed as the priority of the day. Advise customers of delivery dates, in co-ordination with the General Manager by means of the outstanding order confirmation. Maintain the outstanding order summary, keeping the Finance Manager and General Manager advised on a weekly basis. Maintain the customer files. Conduct a periodic clean out in order to maintain relevance. Liaise with customers and communicate in a timely fashion all customer queries especially those regarding promised delivery dates for products ordered. Credit Control. Ensure all debtors accounts are paid timeously Facilitate customer order dispatches. Includes producing all invoices and export documentation Communication and co-ordination with all airfreight companies or post office for proper and timely dispatch of products. Advise each customer the dispatch/flight details in order to facilitate the receipt of products. Communicate immediately to the Marketing Manager and General Manager any customer complaints or problems with the purpose toward immediate resolution. Maintain current customer accounts so that any queries in this regard can be immediately resolved. Co-ordinate facilities and the prompt dispatch of monthly statements to each customer. Always maintain a positive spirit of problem solving to the Desired Exp & Qual Bcom Deg (or studying towards) 3-5 yrs or more exp in the field. caraleep@mpc.co.za
