Event Coordinator

Introduction To plan, manage and execute events. The event coordinator must take control on the entire event from conception to clean up. Ability to meet up with clients to work out event details, plan with the client and their team, scout and book locations, food, entertainment, staff and cleanup. Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders during event planning. Create and distribute event listing on social media Manage event set up, tear down and follow-ups Establish standardized event procedure and train staff into properly executing them. Build and adhere to event budget to avoid project overruns. Track event key performance areas and identity items to work on the future events Ability to work independently Capable of working with internal and external teams and partners. Experience coordinating large-scale events Familiarity with event registration software Ability to work under strict deadlines. Desired Experience & Qualification Organizational Skills. Networking Savvy Resilience and Adaptability At least two years’ experience in event coordination for approximately 50 to 60 thousand capacity Diploma or Degree in Event coordination. Bachelor Degree in Business Management , Hospitality management, Marketing or related Package & Remuneration Market Related.
