KEY PERFORMANCE AREA TASKS/ACTIVITIES (ie WHAT must be done, HOW it is done. Begin the sentence with an action verb.) Manage a portfolio of Direct clients • Regular reporting on sales related activity on a weekly basis. • Building and maintaining a close relationship with existing clients. • Attend events and host clients. Clients to ensure FM and non-FM targets are achieved. • Drive and actively engage in the sales process to ensure stakeholder needs are met. • Monitoring of campaigns and regular tracking and trending of spend. • Establish a new portfolio of Clients and develop strong stakeholder relations within the Direct Client. portfolio. • Manage the stations’ CRM opportunities for advertiser benefit. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS • Business management principles. • Customer relationship management. • Thorough understanding of the sales and marketing process. • Broad media knowledge, radio would be beneficial • Hunger and Initiative. • Excellent Inter-Personal skills/EQ. KEY RELATIONSHIPS Internal. • Programming • Marketing Manager. • Finance Manager. • Traffic. • Reporting Analyst. • CRM Officer. • External Existing Clients. New business Stakeholders. Remuneration: Cell allowance. Fuel reimbursement. Salary: R20 000 + comm.
