Industrial Relations Specialist

Providing specialist industrial relations to maintain and improving employee morale, minimizing risk of collective conflict, disputes and industrial action that may affect the operational requirements of the business. • Providing specialist Industrial Relations services to maintain a healthy Industrial Relations climate. • Improving employee morale and minimizing risk of collective conflict, disputes and industrial action that may impact on the Operational requirements of the Business. • Labour Law/Legal/Conditions of Employment • Collective Bargaining • Negotiations and Consultations • Disputes Resolution and experience in CCMA employer representation. The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements: • Automotive manufacturing industry experience essential. • Degree in Industrial Psychology or a similar field • Registration as an IR Specialist Practitioner with SABPP would be ideal. • At least 5 years in an Industrial Relations specialist or managerial capacity. • Experience working with Trade Unions • Wage Negotiations. • Lateral thinking, creative, perceptive, broad thinking, good conceptualization skills, diplomacy, negotiating skills. • Code EB Driver License (previous Code 08) • PC Literacy (MS Office Suite & SAP, Windows). recruit@rmgrecruitment.co.za
