An opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Assistant to join our team providing support for this busy department. The successful applicant will work in an administrative role carrying out a range of duties including answering telephone enquiries, receiving and processing specimens and deliveries, carrying out patient data entry, sending out reports and other routine office and specimen reception tasks as required by the Department. The postholder will need to liaise with the technical and scientific staff in the laboratory as well as clinicians from within the department and from external referring centres. The role requires previous office experience and working as part of a team with an enthusiastic and positive attitude. Good communication and organisation skills are essential, and the postholder must be computer literate with a knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Send your CV to:
