Group Key Accounts Manager (FMCG)

Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to: Responsible for the strategic management of identified key accounts. Developing, presenting and executing account plans. Budgetary control and operational reporting. Negotiation with customers at a board level. Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions. Internal and external relationship development, building and management. Establish internal/cross functional relationships. Ensure alignment of the sales functional excellence to changing market demands. Responsible for account profitability.i.e account plans & achievement of company objectives. The successful candidate must have the following qualification, skills and experience: 4 years’ experience in a Trade Marketing and/or National Group Account environment at head office level. A Relevant qualification in Sales / Marketing / Retail / Finance. Sound management, negotiating, analytical and strategic thinking skills. Sound understanding of financial concepts and profitability analyses. Strong accounting management and relationship building skills. Exposure to the FMCG market at management level. Preferably proven history and credibility in alcohol industry. Computer proficiency in all MS Office packages. Good confident presentation skills i.e. the ability to present at board level. Professional approach. Highly self-motivated.
