A national cleaning company is looking for an experienced Sales Consultant / Key Accounts Manager at their Western Cape offices to grow their business activities and maintain existing key accounts. Duties & Responsibilities: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media Set up meetings with potential clients and conduct site assessments. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and quotations on service requirements Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. Collaborate with team to achieve better results Manage and attend to selected existing key accounts. Desired Experience & Qualification: Experience in the contract cleaning industry Proven track record of finding and closing new business . Existing network and database of prospects Proficiency in English. Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques Self-motivated with the ability to work independantly. Able to sell to key decision makers. Grade 12 plus relevant tertiary education.
