Our client is a well known establishment in the beauty industry .Duties & Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Education & Training Manager and assist with marketing activities of the Academy. Duties include reception, general administrative and project-based work and in ensuring quality management through the adherence to stipulated policies and procedures. Administer and co-ordinate office administration and supervise the house keeping programme ensuring that the office runs smoothly. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction and liaison with external applicants, parents and clients. Desired Experience & Qualification Basic secretarial and administrative skills. Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office and Excel software packages. Minimum of three years experience required of administrative and clerical procedures. Proficient in spelling, punctuation, grammar and other English language skills. Proven experience of producing correspondence and documents. Package & Remuneration R14,000.00 p/m.
