·Operate the Switchboard and telephone system. ·Meet and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. ·Efficient in communicating with customers telephonically. ·Ability to provide basic information to callers pertaining to queries. ·Filing and administrative tasks. ·Assist in the processing of Debtors / Creditors & Vehicle Invoices. ·Ability to capture customer details accurately. ·Cash receipting and banking. ·Adheres to company policy and procedure.
