Office Administrator

We arelooking for a bright and dynamic individual who can manage the front of house of a busy marketing agency. This is a unique opportunity to get under the skin of all areas of marketing including advertising, digital marketing, media buying and PR. The role: - Front of house reception answering the telephone - Managing the switchboard . - Taking messages and greeting visitors. - Ordering in supplies and many other important housekeeping duties . - Administration and research support for all areas of our business - Compile vital monthly coverage reports, specifically for their Public Relations department The candidate: - Must have past experience working as an administrator ideally within a fast paced environment . - Competent user of all Microsoft Office packages - Excellent telephone manner and be able to organise effectively . - Happy to work independently . - Be able to handle confidential information and be an excellent timekeeper .
