The successful candidate will be responsible for: Compiling and maintaining records of delivery notes and business transactions. Capturing data onto the company’s database and in-house spreadsheets. Preparing, issuing, and sending out receipts, bills, policies, invoices and statements. Typing various documents on a daily basis. Answering the switchboard and taking messages when necessary. Overseeing general administration including filing, faxing, copying, etc. Liaising with the dispatch team to verify stock availability as well as stock arrival.
