Obtaining quotations from service providers Property inspections + spot checks Utilities management Dealing with email and phone queries, as well as complaints from tenants. Drawing up of new Lease Agreements and Renewals Viewings with Clients. Application procedure and ITC reports for approval Collection of Monthly Rental. Balancing Rental & Utilities Accounts Eviction notices. Letters of Demand to be sent to outstanding tenants. Advertise available Properties. General Admin and filing Manage 3 maintenance teams Vehicle Maintenance. Manage insurance claims. Spot check jobs to check on quality of work Open and close job cards Be comfortable to manage and inspect buildings across the Cape Flats. APPLICANT’S MUST HAVE: Min 8 years property rental experience 5 years Project Management experience Have existing database of utilities and home improvement contractors (e.g. plumbers, electricians, etc.) Proficient on MS Excel & Word. Diploma / Degree (NQF4) will be a great advantage CLEAR CRIMINAL AND CREDIT RECORD Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fully bilingual in English and Afr Be highly professional and presentable Ability to build and maintain long term relationships Be well organised. Great Telephonic skills. Be a pro-active problem solver.
