Solution-orientated, ‘can do’ Technical & functional competence as a SDF Very strong understanding of SAQA /NQF / SETA structures and processes. Good working knowledge of BEE / BBBEE codes, requirements and processes. Strong administrative skills with a very good eye for detail. Strong planning & organising skills Facilitation & coaching skills Training material development and delivery of training. Ability to influence Drive, energy, ‘makes things happen. Other Requirements 3 year HR Degree/ Diploma 2- 4 year’s experience as a qualified & registered SDF.
