ASSETLIFE SALES CONSULTANT - Claremont, Southern Suburbs (CPT) As a skilled Insurance agent, your primary focus will be to generate quality sales and build rapport with clients. With great earning potential and great hours, this could be the perfect fit for you. The ideal candidate should have the following: • Experience previously selling long term insurance • Use of effective probing and questioning techniques • Strong sales ability, objection handling, need creation. • Excellent compliance and Quality Assurance. Insurance campaign requirements are: • Grade 12 (Essential) • Clear ITC • No Criminal Record. • RE (Advantageous) • FAIS (Advantageous) • VALID Date of first appointment (DOFA) • Minimum of two year Call Centre experience (excluding retail) • Long term insurance sales experience. Working Hours: 09h00 to 17h00 from Mondays to Fridays. Salary: Negotiable basic plus commission (performance will be evaluated every 6 months, based on your performance you will be promoted and your basic will increase with a booster commission and a retirement annuity.
