Office Supervisor

An an exciting role has become available at our organisation. Manage administrative purchases and quotations for the office. Supervise and mentor the Admin Assistants and Reception staff. Ensures sufficient supplier quotations received and presented for authorisation, before orders are placed (e.g. Stationery, IT and office supplies) Manage the Managing Director and Director's diaries and assist all departments as and when required. Source office and IT equipment and materials for office use. Co-ordinate IT and Telecom queries to the Group's IT department. Manage the escalation of IT queries to be resolved in the office to the relevant Operations Consultant, or the Group's IT department or Allmed's IT Support agent. Manage IT Consultant spend (Udini billing/ retainer hours) Manage and co-ordinate general housekeeping Conduct minute keeping for all meetings Ensure that all filing is in order and updated for the Managing Director and Director. Ensure that all administrative tasks are actioned for the Managing director and Director Ensure that all business related parcels have been delivered and received. Follow up on daily and delegated tasks performed by the Admin assistant team Ensure that all legal compliance documentation including but not limited to PEO, AHASA Certification, BBBEE, Tax Clearance, Insurance and Leases agreements and filed accordingly. gillianp@allmed.co.za
