Personal Assistant

Milestone Construction requires a super organized, reliable and efficient Personal Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer. Experience as a Personal Assistant with the following core functions is essential and prospective candidates will be required to perform: 1) General administrative duties 2) Diary management and planning. 3) Excel proficiency and ability to create and maintain spreadsheets. 4) Filing management. 5) Strong numerical and communication skills 6) Ability to plan, prioritize and follow tasks through to its completion. 7) Maintain a positive working relationship with various departmental teams. 8) Full administrative support to CFO 9) Driver’s license is compulsory (Code 8) 10) Core working hours 8am to 5pm with availability to work after hours if/when required 11) Diploma (preferred but not essential) An accounting background will be advantageous and the salary will be negotiable depending on experience.
