After Sales Administrator

A vacancy has arisen with our Client for an After Sales Administrator in the After Sales Department. Role Purpose: To process spare part orders from Service Providers, ensuring parts are available to be dispatched in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities: Process spare part requests Dealing with enquiries from other departments and the Call Centre. Notifying Service Providers with live book updates Stock level maintenance. Point of contact for Service Providers and Call Centre.
