Call Centre Consultant: Client Services

A vacancy exists in Client Services as a call centre consultant. The position is aimed at a client focused individual who is able to deliver quality whilst at the same time working effectively with people, both internally and externally. The successful applicant will be responsible for, but not limited to the following job functions: • Ensure delivery effectiveness . • Interaction/communication telephonically and written • High quality standards The applicant should meet these requirements • Fully bilingual . • Self-motivated • Diplomatic • Pro-active and innovative • Ability to prioritise • Excellent organizational skills • 3-5 years relevant experience in the Medical and Customer Service Industry • Excellent communication skills both written and telephonic. • Matric or an equivalent qualification • Relevant Tertiary Qualification would be an advantage .
