We are an established property management firm in Amanzimtoti looking for an experienced Portfolio Manager to join our office on a full time basis. The Ideal candidate would have 5 years' experience or more in a similar position or environment, with references. Experience in Sectional Title management and a driver's licence with own transport are necessities. Salary on offer is market related and will be discussed with any potential candidates. Key responsibilities: Management of residential / commercial complexes including Sectional Title consultation, administration and secretarial. All facets of financial planning including budgeting, preparation of 10 year plan, insurance and investments essential. Full management functions including chairing Annual General Meetings and Special General Meetings, taking / typing minutes thereof and record keeping. Liaising with creditors / debtors and bookkeepers to ensure that all financial matters are kept up to date and in order. Provide assistance to Credit Controller where necessary in order to minimise arrears on owner levy accounts. E-mail management - communication with Trustees, owners and contractors. Qualifications: Grade 12.
