Payroll Manager

A global company with a footprint in 36 countries on the African continent, 3 European countries as well as 2 Asian countries. They have a diverse service offering in a variety of sectors and they offer stability and growth. A senior, experienced, astute and organised leader is required to fulfill this function. Non-negotiable requirements include: - 10+ years experience in complex payrolls including REM, benefits and VIP. - Management experience (people and different payrolls from performance to EE relations - Solid experience in analysing pay structure, pay scales, REM implementation, benefits policies etc. - Extensive experience in expat payrolls, tax, legal compliance, SARS etc. - Experience in generating bonus reports, dealing with bargaining councils and unions. - Related degree - Registration at SARA.
