Commercial Administrator

Your new role Working within the commercial sales department, you will be the foundation of the sales team, ensuring that departments liaise with each other efficiently and that customers receive the best service. Your main responsibilities will include providing in depth forecasts and budgets, responding to customer enquiries confidently and efficiently, collating supporting documentation for the sales team, updating and maintaining spreadsheets, analysing data and recognising market trends, collating data including targets/budgets/KPIs and other general administration tasks as required. What you'll need to succeed. You will have at least 1 years experience working within a commercial office-based sales environment, ideally providing exceptional support to colleagues and managers alike. You will be ambitious and career-driven, always seeking ways to improve personal and team performances whilst achieving target and time deadlines. You will be confident and tenacious, able to prioritise your own work load and use your own initiative to ensure your workload is achieved. You will be have excellent communication skills, able to adapt to different situations and colleagues at different levels. Ideally, you will have an intermediate understanding of Excel and have strong all-round IT skills. Hours of work - 8am to 4pm - Monday to Friday. Email your CV to:
