We are recruiting for an industrial manufacturing client based in Port Shepstone. The client requires an Administrator on a temporary basis with a view to move to permanent for the correct candidate after a minimum 12 week period. JOB TITLE: ADMINISTRATOR JOB PURPOSE: To provide and to continuously improve the site administration function, giving an effective and efficient service to both internal & external customers & suppliers. ? Provide an effective and efficient administration service to the site management team to maintain and improve high level of customer service and business efficiency across the site. ? Operate the site purchase accrual system (SAGE) to ensure that all purchase invoices are authorised and posted onto the accrual system in accordance with Company policy and procedures. ? Ensure that sales invoices are accurately priced, regularly compiled and sent to customers using the most cost effective & efficient method of delivery ? Ensure a daily Price Review is generated for the Sales department/ Contract Review to cost ? Take responsible for updating and maintaining the site's financial information system, ensuring that computer files are backed up on a daily basis and the tapes are filed safely & securely.
