Executive PA

Our client is currently looking for an Executive Personal Assistant to join their team.

This position requires a highly experienced individual with a minimum of 5 years in a comparable role.

A high level of competency in MS Office packages, including Power Point.

 

Key Performance Areas:

  • The successful candidate will report to the General Managers of Logistics and Sales and Marketing and will be the point of contact between their offices and all parties who interact with them.
  • Other duties will include:
  • Management and co-ordination of meetings and appointments.
  • Clerical administration and report preparation.
  • Taking of minutes.
  • The co-ordination of travel arrangements for these departments (flights, accommodation, car hire and forex) and the management of these accounts.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • This position requires a highly experienced individual with a minimum of 5 years in a comparable role.
  • A high level of competency in MS Office packages, including Power Point
  • Valid driver's licence are expected.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification would be an added advantage.
  • Reputable, contactable references are essential.

 

Knowledge and Skills:

  • The job holder must be a strong communicator who is able to interact across all levels within the organisation as well as external parties.
  • A high level of English proficiency with a strong emphasis on grammatical competence will be expected.
  • The role requires multi-tasking under pressure and the provision of administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner, while acting with utmost discretion in dealing with confidential matters.
