Senior Guest Relations Agent

One of our Hotels, located within picturesque mountains and vineyard hills,   needs the expertise of a Senior Guest Relations Agent.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates service attributes in accordance with industry expectations and company standards.
  • Responsibilities include greeting guests, checking them into the hotel, providing vital information on hotel amenities, anticipating and responding to guest needs, listening and resolving complaints, and providing excellent customer service throughout their stay.
  • Promote positive image of the hotel and ensure guest satisfaction is the main priority and set Guest Satisfaction Targets are achieved in conjunctions with HOD’s
  • Ensure proper training to team members in Front office in conjunction with the Front Office Manager
  • Monitor departmental cost and control amenities and expenses within the department in conjunction with the Front Office Manager & Executive Housekeeper
  • Attend to crisis or emergency situations and perform service recovery
  • Record detail of events in duty manager log book and take necessary actions.

  • Matric & Hospitality Diploma Advantageous
