Execution and Preparation of authentic Indian and Asian Cuisine. Responsibilities and Duties: Not Limited  A MUST – preparation of authentic Indian and Asian cuisine;  Possess the knowledge and skills to prepare Indian desserts;  Prepare various other meals as requested by the Company;  Prepare week menu in advance in including breakfast, lunch and dessert and if required dinner, which will include starter, main meal and dessert;  Bake pastries, biscuits etc. for clients, meetings and visitors;  Ensure that the kitchen is clean and hygienic at all times;  Ensure that there is sufficient stock in the kitchen for the preparation of the meals;  Ensure that the required stock is purchased when same is depleted;  Ensure that the presentation of the meals are of a standard acceptable to the Company;  Be hygienic and presentable in his person at all times;  Willing to travel local and international with Employer when requested;  Be prepared to work at the Employer’s various homes and properties;  The above-mentioned duties may be updated, and expanded on from time to time. Academic & Trade Qualifications:  High school graduate Relevant Certification in Culinary Arts. Proven experience with contactable references  2 or more years related experience  Valid Passport Personal. debbie@dglhr.co.za
