Sales Manager

• Develop a master client list • Answer product related questions and other queries. • Keep accurate sales records as required • Always create a positive image of the Company with staff and clients. • Source new clients . • Execute appropriate sales strategies in line with our business plan to ensure sales targets are met • Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with current clients and prospective clients to generate new business. • Researches sources for developing prospective clients and for information to determine their potential . • Develops clear and effective written proposals/ quotations for current and prospective clients • Expedites the resolution of client problems and complaints. • Plans and organizes the personal/ company sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment . • Supplies management with oral and written reports on client’s needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. • Management of Business Development Officers/ Sales Department . • Responsible for creating and managing strategic relationships with all stakeholders • Responsible for the overall budget of the Company • Ensure that Departmental targets and individual targets are met. • B.Com or related degree. • At least 5 years’ experience.
